The project enhancements will include works to update and refresh the centre’s existing interior and exterior façade, furniture, and wayfinding. Plus, improvements to the landscaping and mall furnishings. There will also be improvements made to the centre amenities and the inclusion of a new children’s play area.
What sort of activity will be undertaken during construction?
To deliver the exciting transformation of Pakenham Central Marketplace, reconfiguration works need to be undertaken. We understand that this will cause disruption and we are taking all steps we can to minimise this.

Construction will start from October 2024 and stagger until all elements are complete by approximately March 2025.
